During your Plan of Care appointment, our Doctors will recommend the best plan to help you achieve your health goals and reduce the negative effects of physical stress. Plans vary as no two people are ever presented with the same plan. Plan frequency can range from twice a week to five days a week depending on the severity of physical stress.
